Al Shreiner’s family had farmed 10 acres in Clark County, Washington since the Great Depression. When Al decided to sell his property in the late 1990’s, he wanted to preserve a grove of Redwood trees planted by his mother.
Pacific Lifestyle Homess Acquisition and Development carefully planned a community that would preserve the trees in a neighborhood park for all to enjoy. Fairfield Park, a 167 lot master-planned community with a clubhouse, pool, trails, and open space, was built by PLH in 2003-2004.
A plaque commemorates Edith Shreiner’s grove of Redwoods for all future residents of Fairfield Park to enjoy.
"Pacific Lifestyle Homes did what they said they would. I’m pleased with the deal they gave me and the neighborhood they built.” ~ Al Shreiner
