Pacific Lifestyle Homes is one of the most celebrated builders in Southwest Washington and Northern Oregon. Awarded "Builder of the Year" in 2004 and 2005 by the Building Industry Association of Clark County and winner of numerous accolades for innovative floor plans and well-planned communities, we continually strive to build better houses and neighborhoods.

We began in 1996, in Vancouver, Washington, with just 20 lots. From there, we've expanded our building every year with communities throughout Washington and Oregon extending roughly from Woodland to the north, Salem to the south, Oregon's wine country to the west and Mt. Hood to the east.
