PLH Story


Kevin Wann, a Clark County native, founded Pacific Lifestyle Homes in April of 1996. After a decade of building award winning communities, PLH has provided homeownership to more than 1300 families in the Portland-Vancouver area and was a finalist for the 2005 Oregon Better Business Bureau “Business of the Year” award. Kevin believes in strong community support and is involved with the Greater Clark County Rotary, Executive Officers Club of Portland, the Young Presidents Club, and has been a member of the Vancouver Chamber of Commerce since 1990. He has won the “Builder of the Year” award from the Building Industry Association of Clark County for the past two years. Kevin’s interests include golf, skiing, history, and spending time with his family.



Henry Gerhard has been Vice President of Development and Acquisition for PLH since 1997. He has overseen the development of more than 1,000 lots in that time. Henry strives to create master-planned communities and include several distinguishing public features in all the neighborhoods PLH develops. Henry is the current President of Parks Foundation in Clark County which provides support for park acquisition and development to provide outdoor recreation opportunities for future generations.


Matt Lewis, Manager of Land Acquisition and Forward Planning, graduated from Washington State University. Matt has worked for a U.S. Senator specializing in constituent relations and dealing with federal issues. He then went on to spend four years as the Governmental Affairs Director for the Building Industry Association of Clark County. Matt is a passionate Cougar fan and enjoys spending time with his wife, playing softball, and hiking.



Bob Bailey, our Site Development Construction & Engineering Manager, takes land from the entitlement stage to final plat, navigating it through engineering, and bringing in water, sewer, and roads. When Bob is not working, he’s either hunting or fishing with his two boys and Rascal, his yellow lab.


Darrin Class, In-House Counsel, is practiced in many facets of the law. Darrin is experienced in real estate and construction law, as well as business formation and litigation. Darrin worked for the Vancouver firm of Duggan Schlotfeldt & Welch, representing clients in civil litigation with an emphasis on construction and real estate law. Prior to that, Darrin practiced law for six years on the Island of Saipan where, among other duties, he was Legal Counsel to the Public Housing Agency. 



Joe Keizur is Public Affairs Director for Pacific Lifestyle Homes. Joe received his bachelor’s degree from Pacific University in Political Science. Joe manages all of PLH’s political and charitable relationships.  In his free time, Joe serves as Council President on the Hillsboro City Council and enjoys spending time with his wife Kaycee and son Andrew.


Bruce Stoker, Land Acquisition Specialist, has been a resident of Clark County since 1969. Bruce graduated from Fort Vancouver High School, obtained a BS in finance from Lewis and Clark College, then went on to obtain a Graduate Certificate in Engineering from UCLA. With seven years of local Real Estate experience and his diverse experiences in the California and Nevada Real Estate Market, Bruce is an expert in assisting property owners through the sale of their land.
Mark McDaniel, Field Representative, was born and raised in Bremerton, WA. (near Seattle) and graduated from the  University of Washington. He spent several years working for Continental Airlines in El Paso and Houston, Texas. He later traveled to Phoenix, AZ where he became a Commercial Property Manager with the Del E. Webb Co. and Great Western Bank. Mark joined the Pacific Lifestyle Homes Land Acquisition team in May of 2006. He enjoys many outdoor activities including hiking, golf, tennis, water & snow skiing.
