PLH is offering this project as the required product price point is higher than PLH’s traditional market.

Project Summary:
48 fully engineered lots on Cooper Mountain in Beaverton. Preliminary plat approval was issued in September 2006. Engineering approval is expected by May 2007. Most homesites offer 60 foot widths to accommodate 3-car garages popular for executive housing.
